I didn't come into yachting with connections or a clear path. I figured it out by being in it. Long days, back-to-back charters, learning fast, and holding myself to a higher standard every time I stepped onboard.
Working on yachts out of South Florida, I saw how many opportunities there are — but also how hard it is to actually get them without the right guidance or access.
That's why I created All On Deck Crew. Not just to teach the job — but to place you in it. To take you from interested… to on deck.
