From Stewardess to Mentor
I didn't come from money. I didn't have connections in the yachting world. What I had was ambition, the willingness to work hard, and someone who believed in me enough to show me the way.
After years of working on some of the world's most prestigious superyachts — from 120-foot motor yachts in the Mediterranean to 200-foot sailing vessels in the Caribbean — I realized something: there are thousands of women who would thrive in this industry, but they don't know how to get in.
That's why I created All On Deck Crew. To be the bridgebetween ambitious women and the life-changing career that's waiting for them on the water.
