Do I need any experience to apply?
No. Our program is designed for complete beginners. We teach you everything from scratch. All you need is motivation and a strong work ethic.
How long is the training?
The core program is a 3-day intensive. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and designed to get you job-ready quickly.
What does the $1,000 cover?
Everything: training, materials, certificate of completion, interview coaching, and ongoing placement support. No hidden fees. You pay $350 upfront and $650 over the next 2 months.
Will I actually get a job after this?
We focus on getting you onboard as quickly as possible after training.
Do I need certifications like STCW?
STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) isn’t always required—it depends on the vessel and where you’ll be working. We’ll guide you through it if and when you need it.
Where will I be working?
Most entry-level positions start in South Florida and the Caribbean. Some yachts travel to the Bahamas and international waters. As you gain experience, more opportunities open up.
